Kendriya Vidyalaya Golaghat is temporarily running in old Girls Hostel of residential Girls polytechnic college Pulibor, Golaghat. It is functioning under the leadership of Sh Babu Ram PGT Commerce cum I/C Principal and patronage and guidance of Sh C. NEELAP, Deputy Commissioner , KVS (RO) Guwahati & Mr. Gaurav Bothra Chairman VMC & DC Golaghat .
The deputy Commissioner and the other authorities of the District are keenly interested in the growth of vidyalaya. For the construction of permanent building and staff quarters etc. a plot of land measuring 20 Bighas 3 kotha at Chellengi Gaon near Golaghat town has been allotted and the process of the construction is in the final stages.
